Business Transition & Charitable Planning
Professional advisors are often called when a business owner is ready to sell, transfer, or step away from a company. By then, many of the most valuable planning opportunities have already been lost.
This course will explore practical frameworks advisors can use to help business owners prepare earlier and more strategically for transition. Participants will learn frameworks to guide conversations around succession, legacy goals, and ownership transition, while exploring how charitable planning tools can support both tax objectives and long-term impact.
Attendees will gain practical strategies to strengthen client relationships, enhance collaboration among advisors, and help business owners move beyond planning an exit to creating a purposeful next chapter.
First Western Trust is a proud sponsor of the NoCo Foundation's professional advisor continuing education programs.
